Problem
How can I access my linux hosting account using SSH/Telnet?

Solution
It is our policy not to give customers SSH/Telnet access to their linux accounts. SSH/Telnet access increases the threat level to our servers and in order to maintain a trouble-free experience for our customers, we do not allow such access.

But customers can however submit a ticket asking us to perform any of the tasks they wish to perform themselves via SSH.
